Strictly Business Inspections provides residential, commercial, environmental inspection and energy-related consulting services to home buyers, homeowners, and businesses in New York, New Jersey, and Pennsylvania. We are a full-service home inspector, catered to identifying mold testing, and indoor air quality testing.
My Background
I have always “done my own work on my own houses”, so I was familiar with all the components of a house, and how to repair anything that did not work right. You have to RECOGNIZE “it” and figure out how it works, before you can fix it.
A friend was buying a house, and asked me if I would “take a look at it” because the home inspector he hired had just done a poor job of inspecting it. He was shocked at how many things I found that his home inspector had missed.
That started me thinking that I could do this for a living, and (as the cliche goes), “The rest is history”.
I started by doing Commercial Inspections, and then Home Inspections, in 2003. When New York and New Jersey introduced licensing in 2006, I was given a license based on a review of my inspections.
I not only inspect for problems in all these areas, I will also tell you the easiest and most economical ways to fix them.
